vivo IQOO Pad5

The vivo IQOO Pad5 is a high-performance Android tablet announced and released on May 20, 2025. It features a large 12.1-inch IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10 support, and 900 nits peak brightness, offering a resolution of 1968 x 2800 pixels. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset built on a 4nm process, it includes an octa-core CPU and Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU for smooth performance. The tablet runs Android 15 with OriginOS 5 HD.
